Course Fees and Registration
All classes require
pre-registration, payment and written enrollment confirmation.
Read
below to learn "How to Register For A Class."
Registration
All students
must submit a completed registration form and make payment for a class before
their enrollment can be processed
and confirmed.
We suggest that you
complete the registration form, then fax it to us at
(614)
566-8077. Immediately after faxing, call the LifeLink
office at
(614)
566-9111 Option 1 to confirm our receipt of your
registration form and that the class date you requested is available. You can then pay for your class with a credit or debit card by phone. See the
applicable
course registration form for current course fees.
Once we receive the completed registration form, confirm
that the student's requested class date has student openings, and payment has been made, LifeLink will
issue the student a written enrollment confirmation and any required
student materials. Typically the confirmation and
materials are sent to the student about 3 weeks prior to the class
date. Students that show up at a class location without
pre-registering, making payment and receiving the written enrollment
confirmation will need to reschedule for another class date.
We
recommend that students register for classes as early as
possible.
Courses
marked as "Closed" are full and no additional
students can be enrolled.
Course
schedules and class availability change frequently and
may change at anytime without notice.
The possibility
exists that
a class may close before your registration
and/or payment reaches the LifeLink office. If this occurs you will
be notified so that you may choose another class date. To
check whether a class still has openings, contact the LifeLink office

Course transfer requests received 3 or less days prior to the
first day of a course are subject to a $25 course transfer fee.

of a course will be processed at no additional charge. Cancellations received 3 or less days prior to
the first day of a course will forfeit one-half of their
